Our pledge is to support you in your time of need with consideration, understanding and respect, for the deceased, their family and the wider community.
Grief doesn’t stop with the funeral. The weeks and months following a bereavement can sometimes be unexpectedly hard, and it is natural to require some assistance with coping. Over the years we have seen people deal with death in many different ways, which gives us vast experience to draw on. Because we care about our client families’ ongoing welfare, we are always happy to talk things over whenever you need to. As well, we have an excellent library of books which we are happy to lend, which can often be of help. We can also discuss with you the various options available for your ongoing care. We have available a trained counsellor who can help you if required.
Christmas often brings painful reminders of the gap in our lives left by the death of a loved family member or friend. We hold an annual candle lighting service before Christmas for those who have been bereaved during the year. Everyone is invited to participate in a short service and to light a candle in memory of their loved one.
