Passed away peacefully at Dunedin hospital on Sunday July 5, aged 87 years.
Dearly loved mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Dunedin Public Hospital; aged 87 years.
Loved wife of the late Ken Mann, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Paul and Tania, Carolyn and Robin.
Special thanks to the staff of Ward 8 Med for their care of Mum.
At Jessie's request a private cremation has taken place.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Jessie's life will be held at the RSA Diggers Restaurant, 6 Church St, Mosgiel at 2pm on Saturday, 18 July.

Peacefully, on June 28, 2026, with family by his side; aged 86 years.
Cherished husband of Esther for over 60 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Karen and Richard, Alison and Ryan, and Richard Leslie*; adored Grandad of Ashley, Rosa, Lachie, and Jamie. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Bill* and Lyn*, Bob* and Margaret, Terry and Jan, and Ted and Katharine. (* denotes deceased).
An inspirational teacher, and a good friend and colleague to many throughout his teaching career, sporting pursuits, and dedicated service to school and sporting communities.
Special thanks to Hato Hone St Johns, Ward 8 Medical at Dunedin Hospital, and the staff at Summerset at Bishopscourt.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate John’s life will be held at St Patrick’s Basilica, 40 Macandrew Road, 1pm, Friday July 10, followed by a burial at Dunedin Cemetery 1pm Monday July 13.

NICHOLLS, Judith Olivia (nee Wright)
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2026 after a decline in her health in recent years.
Dearly loved wife of Colin (RIP) and mother and mother-in-law to Jenni, David and Sandra and Barbara and Tracey, and treasured nana to Angus, Jed and Perri. She was the loved youngest daughter of Douglas and Frances Wright, loved sister to Catherine (RIP), Shirley (RIP) and Lucille(RIP), and loved aunt to her nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Judith's life will be held at Gillions Chapel, 407 Hillside Road, Dunedin at 10am on Saturday July 11 2026 followed later by a private cremation.
In lieu of flowers a donation to Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and can be left at the service.
A big thank to the staff of Leslie Groves Rest Home and Hospital for the wonderful care they have given Judith over the past 6 years.

On July 01, 2026; aged 75 years. Peacefully at her home, with her husband and soul mate Butch by her side.
Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Lee, Dean and Paula, Mark and the late Aqua. Much loved Nani of Ben and Oliver and loved Nana to Harper. A loved aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

Dearly loved wife of the late Peter, treasured mother and mother-in-law of Mary and Martin (Melbourne), Louise and Paul (Picton), Paula and Phil (Nelson), Chris (Invercargill), Vince and Val (Perth), the late Jo (Albert Town) and partner Alan, Sara and Ian (Dunedin), adored grandmother and great-grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren (and their partners).
Dedicated teacher (St Peter Chanel, Green Island; St Bernadettes, Forbury). Committed member of Rotary (Timaru and Dunedin). Dedicated Hospice volunteer.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff of Summerset Bishopscourt for their loving and respectful care of their mum.
