The answer is it depends. The circumstances around every death are slightly different. Sometimes it is essential and other times a simpler option will work well. No. We are local. Dunedin is our home. This is our company and we are a family. We are, however, part of the Funeral Directors Association of New Zealand (FDANZ) and New Zealand Independent Funeral Homes (NZIFH) which are industry bodies.

We are members of the FDANZ which means we have registered premises, trained and qualified funeral directors and embalmers, and ongoing professional development for our team in order for them to maintain their practicing certificates.
